The former president of the Cincinnati Organized and Dedicated Employees union is in the Butler County Jail on Tuesday just a day after being released from the Hamilton County Justice Center.

Diana Frey, 51, was in federal court on Monday due to a "pre-trial violation," but that charge was dropped.

Frey was taken to the Butler County Jail on Tuesday. Butler County has an agreement to house federal prisoners for the US marshals. The reason she is being held for US Marshals is unknown.

Frey pled guilty in September to a fraud charge. She was accused of taking over $750,000 from CODE union dues. She is currently awaiting sentencing.
