GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - Police are investigating a fatal accident in Green Township.
Police say Deborah Wallace, 45, was driving northbound on Harrison Avenue Sunday around 4:30 p.m. when she went left of center, striking a 2009 Honda Odyssey driven by Kenneth Greenwell, 64. The crash forced Greenwell into a minivan driven by Rose Seibert, 28, who ended up off the road.
Five people were taken to Good Samaritan West Hospital. Wallace was pronounced dead upon arrival. Greenwell and his passenger, Linda Greenwell, 63, are both in stable condition. Seibert and her passenger, Barbara Seibert, 53, are in fair condition.
Everyone was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Alcohol and drugs are not believed to be factors in the crash. The crash remains under investigation.
