Driver pleads guilty in crash that killed teen

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A driver who was involved in a fatal crash in May has pled guilty.

Alexander Kuehnle, admitted to charges of aggravated vehicular homicide and aggravated vehicular assault.

Investigators say Kuehnle was drunk when he hit and killed Rachel Barnett, 18, on SR 125 during a head-on collision in May. Barnett's passenger, David Gillian, was injured.

Kuehnle apologized to Barnett's family in court, saying he takes full responsibility for what happened and will try for the rest of his life to be a better person.

Kuehnle faces two to 13 years in prison when he is sentenced Jan. 12.
