CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Combustibles too close to a wood burning stove was the culprit in a 2-alarm house fire in East Walnut Hills early Tuesday morning.
The home in the 2500 block of Cleinview Avenue went up in flames just before 6 a.m.
Firefighters say when they arrived on scene, heavy fire was showing the front two windows on the second floor.
The fire was brought under control in approximately 30 minutes. Fire was contained to the second floor and roof area.
All occupants had exited the building before the fire crews' arrival.
Damage is estimated at $80,000 dollars for the fire building. There were 48 firefighters operating at the scene.
