My wife Christine and I are very excited to be here Cincinnati. There is so much to see and do plus the people here are absolutely wonderful. We intend to make the Queen City our home.
I came to Cincinnati from Springfield, IL where I worked as the State Capitol Bureau chief for WAND-TV. That was a great opportunity to cover politics up close and witness the impeachment and subsequent conviction of a sitting governor, Rod Blagojevich.
I got a late start in television after working for several years as a radio news reporter and anchor. I began my broadcasting career in Houston and have worked in Washington, DC, Atlanta and Columbus, OH.
Being a broadcaster is the best job in the world as far as I'm concerned. There's something new to learn and do every day plus I get to meet a lot of interesting people. As technology keeps changing so does the broadcast industry. Those of us who are fortunate enough to be a part of it must keep changing also in order to remain relevant.
