Police looking for truck stolen from Ford dealership

MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - Police are looking for a pick up truck that was stolen from a Middletown Ford dealership.

Just before 11 p.m. on Wednesday, a citizen reported to police that he was looking at cars in the lot at Middletown Ford on Tytus Avenue when he observed two black males stealing an orange F-150 pick up truck.

Responding officers observed the truck going north on Verity Parkway. As the officer turned to stop the stolen truck, the driver fled north on Route 4 at a high rate of speed. Police couldn't catch up and lost sight of the truck near Route 4 and Market Street in Germantown.

So far, the truck and its occupants have not been located. The investigation is ongoing.
