Corn fritters and pumpkin spice drink from Giovanna Trimpe

Corn Fritters:

12 ears of corn grated.  Or two 12 ounce bags of frozen corn in your food processor.
6 eggs separated.
Salt and pepper to taste.
1/4 to 1/2 cup of canola oil
 
Separate the eggs.  Beat the yolks and mix in the corn.
Beat the egg whites and add it to the corn mixture. Mix well and with large tablespoons drop mixture into a hot skillet with canola oil until golden brown. 
Turn once.

The Thanksgiving special drink is called Pumpkin Spice Drink.
Ingredients are:
Pumpkin liquor
Pinnacle Whipped Vodka
Heavy cream.
Using your blender add one cup of liquor, 1/2 cup of the Vodka and
1/4 cup of heavy cream.
Add one cup of ice cubes, blend together and serve.
