Pair indicted after man's heroin death

GOSHEN, OH (FOX19) -

A man and a woman from Goshen have been indicted in connection with a man's death due to a heroin overdose.

Tommy Curtis, 56, and Tina Williams, 36, are charged with involuntary manslaughter, tampering with evidence and trafficking in drugs.

The charges are in relation to the death of Steven Couch, 51, of Goshen.

On July 27, 2011, police responded to Curtis' home and found Couch deceased in the hallway. Subsequent investigation revealed that Curtis and Williams had provided heroin to Couch, and he became unresponsive. The pair spent about six hours trying to revive him before he died. 

Curtis and Williams have both been arrested and taken to the Clermont County Jail.
