CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A suspect accused of a fatal stabbing during a drug deal gone bad appeared in court Tuesday.
Joseph Daniel 26, is facing involuntary manslaughter charges in the death of Richard Bradley Lane, 32.
Police say Lane was selling prescription pills to Daniel when the two got into an argument and Daniel stabbed Lane in the chest with a knife.
Daniel took off after the incident, but police caught him about a block away. Lane was taken to University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Daniel was arraigned Tuesday morning and had his bond set at $10,000.
