Two rival schools come together to collect children’s books

Two schools, known for their rivalry in sports, came together Tuesday for a good cause.

The National English Honor Societies of both Highlands High School and Covington Catholic High School collected children's books to provide to students who do not have access to them at home.

All new and used books in good condition were accepted.

The books will be donated to the Brighton Center. If you would like to donate new or used books, the students will be accepting books at both schools on Tuesday, November 22.

Highlands High School is located in Fort Thomas on North Fort Thomas Avenue. Covington Catholic High School is in Park Hills on Dixie Highway.
