EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Evansville police say they arrested a mom for picking up her kids from school drunk.

According to a report, school officials called police after Tia Bailey seemed intoxicated when she picked her two kids up from school on Thursday afternoon.

Police tracked her SUV to Washington and Evans.

Police say Bailey was speeding and also had a suspended license.

According to the affidavit, Bailey's breath smelled like alcohol and she had slurred speech.

Officers say when they asked Bailey to step out of the car for a field sobriety test, she shook her behind at one of the officers.

Police reported Bailey blew a .20.

Bailey was taken to jail and charged with two counts of child neglect, drunk driving, resisting law enforcement, speeding, and driving without a license.

Her children were picked up by their grandmother.
