A new restaurant has signed on to come to the Banks district in Downtown Cincinnati.
The Banks master development team of Carter and The Dawson Company and equity partner USAA has announced that CRAVE restaurant – a Nation's Restaurant News '2011 Hot Concepts!' award winner - will locate at The Banks.
The 8,360-square-foot restaurant will be at the Corner of Second Street and Joe Nuxhall Way. It is designed to have a chic, yet casual atmosphere, and will be open daily for lunch and dinner, serving cuisine full of Asian and Mediterranean influences that includes fresh sushi and an award-winning wine list.
CRAVE's menu changes regularly to reflect the latest trends in New American cooking and utilizes the freshest seasonal ingredients. The Chef-driven restaurant also features a wide variety of items that range from a full sushi bar and Certified Angus beef to fire-roasted flat bread pizzas and fresh market salads.
The Minneapolis, Minnesota-based CRAVE, which opened in 2007, was honored by Nation's Restaurant News with the 'Hot Concepts!' award in August 2011. The Banks location will be CRAVE's eighth location joining existing outlets in Minnesota, Florida and Nebraska.
CRAVE will be The Banks' ninth retail tenant to sign a lease. With Crave, approximately 70 percent of the retail space in The Banks' first phase is now leased with active discussions and/or negotiations happening on almost all remaining retail spaces.
Other retail establishments that have signed leases include The Holy Grail (open since March 2011), Johnny Rockets (opened this past month), Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill, Tin Roof, Huey's 24/7 Diner, La Crepe Nanou, The Wine Loft and the Cincinnati Police Welcome Center.
