BONNIE LOU'S SHRIMP SPREAD
This is a favorite recipe from Bonnie-Lou, a famous Cincinnati singer, entertainer and recording artist. Bonnie Lou appeared regularly on THE MIDWESTERN HAYRIDE, THE PAUL DIXON SHOW and the 50/50 CLUB television shows. Her records and popularity in country recordings over the years earned her a permanent place in the Rockabilly Hall of Fame.
2( 5oz) cans of shrimp, drain and mash
1 stick soft butter ( not margarine)
1 ( 8oz) package of cream cheese
2 Tblsp mayonnaise
2 Tblsp lemon juice
6 shakes of garlic salt
Combine and mold. Serve with crackers.

EASY QUICK FUN DIP:
New England Clam Dip :
 1  8 oz carton sour cream
 1  5 oz can of chopped clams ( drained)  
 Mix and serve.
