GOSHEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -

Two helicopters were called to the scene of an accident in Goshen Township Saturday afternoon.

The accident happened at around 2:15 pm on the 2100 block of OH-28. Police say Ursula Powers, 40, was driving a 1998 Mazda eastbound and then stopped to turn on to a private drive. Her vehicle was then struck by a 2004 Ford also traveling eastbound. The impact from that crash then slid the vehicle into the westbound lane, where it was struck by a 2003 Chevrolet.

Powers was flown by Aircare to University Hospital. An 18-month-old child who was in her vehicle was flown to Children's Hospital by Aircare. The other two passengers in her vehicle, James Ferguson, 28, and a 4-year-old boy, were taken to Bethesda North Hospital.

The driver of the Chevrolet, Amanda McKinney, 36, was also taken to Bethesda North Hospital. The driver of the Ford, Mark Martin, was not injured.

The crash remains under investigation by the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
