BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - Police are looking for a Turkish national who is accused of attacking a woman in Clermont County.
Police say a 44-year-old woman pulled into her attached garage on Friday evening after returning home from work. When she entered the laundry room, she was attacked by man who placed a bag over her head and bound her legs with tape. She was struck several times in the head and face. She struggled and was able to break free, and the attacker left the scene. The woman was taken to Anderson Mercy Hospital for cuts and bruises, then transferred to University Hospital for further evaluation. She was kept overnight and released the next day.
Based upon evidence collected at the scene and interviews, Clermont County Sheriff's Investigators have identified Erdal Ozevin, 32, as the perpetrator.
