DEARBORN COUNTY, IN (FOX19) - A Dearborn Co. man on Thursday was found guilty of dealing cocaine on four separate occasions.
A jury found Roy Bessler, 64, of Lawrenceburg, guilty of four counts of Dealing in Cocaine. Two counts have been classified as Class A Felonies, in which the amount of cocaine exceeded three grams, and the other two are Class B Felonies.
The case was investigated in early January and continued for approximately two months. Special Crimes Detectives conducted surveillance and purchased cocaine from Bessler on four separate occasions.
Sentencing in the case has been set for Jan. 6, 2012 at 11 a.m.
