CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Former Bengal Chad Ochocinco had a court date scheduled for Tuesday in Hamilton County, but the case was continued after he did not show up.
The wide receiver is facing a tinted window violation and driving under suspension charge for an incident in July of this year.
He had a set for plea hearing scheduled for Tuesday, but when he did not appear in court, judge Russell Mock continued the case until Feb. 6, 2012. No warrants were issued for his arrest.
Ochocinco now plays for the New England Patriots.
