FRANKLIN, OH (FOX19) - Franklin police have arrested four juveniles on several counts of criminal damaging for spray painting in several areas around Franklin Jr. High School.
Over the last several months the Franklin Police Department has received numerous complaints of garages, houses, businesses and wooded fences being spray painted in the alley ways in the downtown area and the area behind the Franklin Jr. High School.
On Wednesday, police were alerted to four juveniles spray painting a garage in the 800 block of Clark Ave., which is behind Franklin Jr. High School. After searching the area, police arrested the four juveniles and took them into custody.
All four male juveniles admitted their involvement in the criminal acts and will be charged in the Warren County Juvenile Court with several counts of criminal damaging. All of the juveniles were released into their parent's custody.
