DELHI, OH (FOX19) - Police have arrested a suspect accused of robbing a Delhi bank last week.
It happened just after 10:30 a.m. Dec. 27 at the Key Bank in the 4900 block of Delhi Pike.
Early Friday morning, police and SWAT conducted a search warrant at the home of James Turner, 57. Evidence was obtained that tied Turner to the bank robbery. He was arrested and charged with one count of aggravated robbery. He's being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Police say Turner entered the bank and implied that he had a gun, but none was shown. He ordered two tellers and a customer to the floor, then took off with an undetermined amount of cash. Surveillance video revealed the dye pack, obtained in the robbery, activated just prior to the subject entering his pick-up truck.
Police say Turner has two prior robbery convictions.
