Distinctive face tattoos help police ID robbery suspect

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

A robbery suspect turned himself in Thursday morning after police issued a broadcast with a description of his distinctive face tattoos.

Marcus Jackson, 31, is charged with two counts of armed aggravated robbery.

The robbery occurred Dec. 16 on Iliff Avenue in Price Hill. Cincinnati Police a group of men, including Jackson, robbed a vendor of a projector, cell phone, wallet and car. Jackson is also accused of threatening the vendor with a gun.

Police identified Jackson as a suspect and put out an alert for officers to be on the lookout for a man with the scales of justice tattooed on his forehead.

Jackson voluntarily surrendered to police on Thursday morning. He's being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
