After getting hit with bursts of snow yesterday, the Tri State can expect a mainly quiet Tuesday morning commute. Other than a few stray flurries, we'll see mostly cloudy skies this morning with gradual clearing by the afternoon.
It will stay cold, though. Tuesday will be the coldest weather we've seen this season, so far. Temperatures are starting off in the upper teens and low 20s, but the winds will put the wind chill in the single digits.
Don't expect much of a warm up, despite the sunshine. Afternoon temperatures will climb into the mid 20s, with wind chills in the teens.
Temperatures will soar into the low 50s by Friday, with dry conditions expected the rest of the week.
