Man flown to hospital after Middletown crash

MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - A man was flown to the hospital after a crash in Middletown on Monday.

It happened just before 11:30 a.m. on Carmody Boulevard near Germantown Road.

Police say Robert Baden, of Middletown, lost control of his Mercedes and struck a guardrail. He then went over the guardrail and landed in a catch basin near the Great Miami River.

Baden was ejected from the vehicle and flown via Care Flight to Miami Valley Hospital.

The accident remains under investigation.
