COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) -

A trial date has been set for civil suit involving a Ben-Gal cheerleader.

Ben-Gal cheerleader Sarah Jones won an $11 million settlement in August 2010 against Dirty World Entertainment, whose website, The Dirty, posted that she had 2 venereal diseases.

The company says Jones sued the wrong company, and now the judge says all evidence must be turned in by May 11th. The trial is now set to begin at the federal courthouse in Covington June 4.

Last month, Jones stepped down from her teaching job at Dixie Heights after accusations that she had an inappropriate relationship with a student.

Her lawyer, Eric Deters, maintains her innocence.
