The Banks announced Tuesday that Ruth's Chris Steak House will be the latest addition to the downtown development.
Ruth's Chris will open a 9,600-square-foot restaurant in the two-story retail space at the corner of Walnut and Freedom Way. This will be the second location for the upscale steak house company in Ohio.
"The Banks in Cincinnati will be a strong addition to our worldwide group of restaurants," said Michael P. O'Donnell, president, CEO and chairman of Ruth's Hospitality Group, Inc. "We look forward to bringing our 46-year legacy of high quality food, exceptional service, genuine hospitality and "sizzle" to the region."
Ruth's Chris advertises having New Orleans-inspired appetizers, the finest U.S.D.A. Prime steaks, fresh seafood and classic deserts all complemented by an award-winning wine list.
According to The Banks, this latest patron to the development means that approximately 82 percent of the retail space in The Banks' first phase is now leased. Ruth's Chris Steak House will join The Holy Grail and Johnny Rockets, which are both already opened, Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill, Tin Roof, Crave, The Wine Guy, and Mahogany's, which have yet to set opening dates.
