(FOX19) - If you tried to get on Wikipedia Wednesday and couldn't, there is a reason.

The website which gets some 6 billion hits per month, has shut down for 24 hours to protest two proposed laws, SOPA and PIPA.

So what are those laws and how would they effect you? 

Ben looks at three unintended consequences of these laws in a Reality Check you won't see anywhere else.
