CPD officer accused of breaking into home, attacking woman
CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -
A Cincinnati Police Officer is facing charges after police say he broke into a woman's home and attacked her.
Ronald Kiner, 42, is charged with one count of aggravated burglary.
According to court documents, Kiner entered a home in the 3000 block of Paul Street through an unlocked back door. He then began choking the female occupant in her bedroom and placed a firearm to her chest.
In an affidavit, the victim said she screamed for her daughter, and when her daughter and niece came in the room, Kiner left.
Kiner listed his address as District 3 headquarters. He is currently being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
