NORTH BEND, OH (FOX19) - A suspect has been arrested after police say he broke into a North Bend tobacco shop.
Christopher Lee Marshall, 22, of North Bend, is charged with one count of breaking and entering.
Police say Marshall broke into Johnny's Tobacco on Miami Avenue at around 4 a.m. Monday morning.
Police responded to the shop after a suspicious male was observed near the property. Sheriff's deputies found a suspect matching the description in front of the business.
Police say Marshall used a rock to break out the front door. A determination to the amount of property stolen is still being made.
Marshall is being held at the Hamilton County Justice Center.
