Winter Weather Advisory cancelled, flood watch remains

The National Weather Service has cancelled a Winter Weather Advisory for Butler, Warren, Fayette, Union, and Franklin Counties.

However, a flood watch remains in effect for the entire Tri-State as a low pressure system moves through and is expected to drop and inch to an inch and a half of rain.
