Ronald KinerA Cincinnati Police officer is indicted on stalking and burglary charges.
According to court documents, Ronald Kiner, 42, entered a home in the 3000 block of Paul Street through an unlocked back door.
He then began choking the female occupant in her bedroom and placed a firearm to her chest.
In an affidavit, the victim said she screamed for her daughter, and when her daughter and niece came in the room, Kiner left.
On Friday, he was indicted on two charges of stalking and aggravated burglary.
