Union Township, Clermont County has a new library. The state of the art, 20,729 square foot building held its grand opening Sunday.
The design theme of the building is based on the colors of nature: blue, green and brown. "We worked hard to make this library energy efficient," said David Mezack, Executive Director of the Clermont County Public Library.
The over $5 million building is the largest of the Clermont County Public Libraries and has 25 computers available for anyone to use. They also have five computers in the teen area and four more in the early learning center.
Over 1,500 people attended the grand opening of the library.
