A Gallatin County man is behind bars after police discovered a rolling meth lab during a traffic stop.
Kentucky State Police troopers stopped Travis Moore, 32, of Warsaw on Saturday, Jan. 28 at the intersection of Johnson Hill Road and U.S. 127 for texting while driving.
After making the traffic stop, the trooper discovered the meth lab and several ingredients used in manufacturing meth in the vehicle.
Moore has been charged with manufacturing meth, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, communication device violation and failure to notify address change.
Moore is being held at the Carroll County Detention Center.
