Clermont Co. strip club has its day in court

A Tri-State gentlemen's club is fined.

Charges were filed against Deja Vu by the Union Township Police Department as a result of an undercover investigation conducted between April-June, 2010.

During the course of the investigation, detectives observed dancers engaged in sexual acts with each other, inappropriate touching of patrons and otherwise engaging in sexually oriented entertainment on the Deja Vu premises in violation of Ohio's Sexually Oriented Business law.

On Monday, the owners of Deja Vu Showclub were in court to face the charges.

Deja Vu has been ordered to pay a $2,500 fine and $4,359 in restitution to the Union Township Police.

As part of this case, no other sexually-oriented business is allowed to open at this location.

Deja Vu closed up shop in December of 2011.
