HEBRON, KY (FOX19) - The right two lanes of westbound I-275 in Hebron are reopen after a soybean oil spill on Tuesday afternoon.
Approximately 200 gallons of soybean oil were spilled on I-275 near KY-237 late Tuesday afternoon. Police say the spill stretches about 3,000 feet long and has closed the exit 8B to Northbend Road.
Kentucky Highway Department has been notified and a private contractor was called to mitigate the spill.
The lanes finally reopened at about 5:30 a.m. Wednesday morning.
