(FOX19) - All 911 service has been restored in Northern Kentucky after an issue Tuesday morning.
At approximately 7 a.m., all northern Kentucky dispatch centers experienced incoming telephone calls issues. Erlanger and Boone County 911 centers could only receive 911 calls from cell phones, and their administrative lines were also down.
Just before 9 a.m., Cincinnati Bell completed a manual fix that restored service.
At this time, Cincinnati Bell has not determined the cause of the initial outage. Erlanger 911 officials and Cincinnati Bell have scheduled a conference call for later Tuesday afternoon after Cincinnati Bell technicians have had time to exam the problem.
