Recipe from Ann Shaner of IA
2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
2 tbsp blue cheese or roquefort cheese
1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp grated onions
1 dash of salt (to taste if desired)
First cream the above ingredients. Then feel free to add more of your favorite ingredient (onions, blue cheese or worcestershire sauce) to the mixture. After you get the taste you desire, add 2 tbsp of milk to achieve a smooth dipping consistency. This dip tastes good with chips, pretzels, crackers or veggies.
