Runners strip down to raise money for children

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - People ran down the still snowy streets of Mt. Adams Saturday afternoon in nothing but their underwear to raise money for the Children's Tumor Foundation.

Participants in the Cupid's Undie Run gathered at Longworth's in Mt. Adams. At 2:00 pm, the runners took off their clothes and ran 1.5 miles through Mt. Adams.

Cupid's Undie Run events happened throughout the country, including Atlanta, New York and Washington DC. The Children's Tumor Foundation is a non-profit medical foundation, dedicated to improving the health and well being of individuals and families affected by neurofibromatoses.

Awards and prizes were given to runners after the event was over.
