HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

Hamilton police have arrested a man  for robbing a drive-thru store twice in the same week.

Robert Creech, 29, of Franklin was arrested and charged on Saturday with two counts of robbery.

According to police, Creech walked into Minnick's Drive Thru on Feb. 8, at 828 East Avenue and passed a note to the clerk demanding money or he would shoot.

The clerk complied and the suspect fled with an undetermined amount of cash.  On Saturday, at approximately 4:45 p.m., the same Minnick's Drive Thru was robbed again.

The suspect, fitting the same description as the Feb. 8 robbery, demanded money and fled on foot after the clerk complied.

Hamilton police responded quickly to the area and found Creech, described by the clerk a few blocks away.
