COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) - Bengals wide receiver Jerome Simpson was back in a Kenton County courtroom on Monday.
Simpson is charged with one count of trafficking marijuana, which is punishable by one to five years in prison.
The case was continued until March 1.
Investigators tracked marijuana from California to Simpson's home in Crestview Hills last year. His lawyer says he's trying to get Simpson out of prison time in exchange for a diversion program or probation.
