CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - An Evanston man is facing charges after police say he stole a traffic sign and was going to sell it for scrap.
Marius Jennings, 54, is charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and misdemeanor drug abuse.
According to Hamilton County court records, Jennings was found to be in possession of a 25 mph traffic sign belonging to the city of Cincinnati. He also had a metal grate that didn't belong to him. He told police he planned to scrap the items.
Jennings was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center.
