Have a designated driver is a good thing -- unless he's only eleven years old. Authorities in Texas say a trooper pulled over a car that was speeding and weaving along a highway -- and found a boy from Lubbock behind the wheel. The child's father and a passenger were arrested on charges of public intoxication. The father was also charged with felony child endangerment. KBST radio reports the boy was taken to the Howard County sheriff's office, where he was fed a grilled cheese sandwich and deputies called his mother to come and get him.
