Drug suspects accused of dealing at McDonald's and Marathon

MT. ORAB, OH (FOX19) – Men from Anderson Township and Mt. Orab have been jailed in Brown County on charges they were conducting drug business at a McDonald's and a Marathon station just feet from children. 

Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger reports that Travis Connor, 27, of Anderson Township in Hamilton County was arrested on February 20, 2012 on two Counts of Trafficking Drugs, two Counts of Possession of Drugs and one count of Possession of Drug Instruments.  The drugs involved were heroin and prescription pills.  Wenninger says that the offenses took place at the Mt. Orab McDonald's with children present.  Connor is being held in the Brown County Adult Detention Center on $50,000.00 cash or surety bond. 

37-year-old Michael Magner of Mt. Orab was also arrested recently.  On February 22 he was charged with three counts of Trafficking Drugs and one count of Tampering with Evidence.  The drugs involved were prescription pills.  Sheriff Wenninger says the offenses took place at the Eastwood Marathon in Mt. Orab and two offenses took place within 100 feet of a child.  Magner is jailed on $10,000.00 cash or surety bond.
