Milford man dies after motorcycle crash

MADEIRA, OH (FOX19) - Hamilton County and Madeira law enforcement  reported a fatal motorcycle crash on Sunday.

27-year-old Joshua Hamons of Milford, was heading eastbound on a private driveway of the Kenwood Country Club .

He entered a slight left-bound curve, lost control of the motorcycle and went right of the side of the road. He then struck an elevated concrete curb.

Hamons was thrown from the motorcycle at impact.

Hammons was taken by the Maderia-Indian Hill EMS to University Hospital, at the hospital he was pronounced dead.

Drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor, but speed does.

Hamons was wearing a helmet at the time in the crash.

This crash remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office and Safety unit.
