(FOX19) - An Alberta Clipper that dropped about 1 to 2 inches of snow across the Tri-State overnight caused a traffic headache during Monday's morning commute.

A Winter Weather Advisory that was effect for the Tri-State has expired.

There was no additional accumulation Monday morning; however, refreezing of melting snow caused causing slick spots and black ice on roadways.

On Monday afternoon, expect partly cloudy skies and a high of 39 degrees.
