Facebook page may lead police to a killer

EUCLID, OH (WOIO) -

A cross from a rosary may help solve a murder, a cross worn by the killer. His Facebook page may show it.

The cross and the website could help get justice for what happened back in 2008.  Marilyn Habian, a school teacher was shot and robbed in Euclid.

Last fall, Cuyahoga County Prosecutors indicted Richard Penque.  Records show he blabbed about the killing while in prison for another crime.

He was Habian's neighbor.

Now, records show that investigators think that Penque lost his cross from his rosary at the crime scene.  Cops found Penque's Myspace page, saw him wearing a long beaded necklace, very similar to a rosary.  Police are now checking his Facebook account.

His trial date has been pushed back as investigators do some more digging.  Prosecutors already had enough evidence for charges.
