CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Voters in the Princeton City School District passed a $6.5 million levy on Tuesday.
The levy costs the owner of a $100,000 home $197 a year. Those for the levy say the money is needed to save dozens of teaching jobs, and avoid cuts to music, sports, transportation, and more.
Even with the levy passed, the district will have to cut $1 million every year for the next 3 years.
Voters in Forest Hills and Wyoming also passed school levies, while levies in Carlisle and Mt. Healthy failed.
