HAMILTON COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - The former bus driver who ran into a news vehicle in the middle of a press conference was found guilty of improper lane change on Monday.
Joann Searles, 48, ran into the vehicle during the casino collapse news conference in January and fought the charge following the incident.
The judge ordered Searles to pay a $100 fine and court costs. Searles is no longer employed by the bus company.
