Independence Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing man.
Mark Allen Smith, 51, was last seen Feb. 17. Independence Police say all established leads have been exhausted.
Smith is 6'3" and 220 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has a tattoo on his upper left arm of a red heart and a name ribbon. He also has surgical scars from numerous surgeries.
The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are unknown. Anyone with information should call Independence Police at 859-356-2697.
