HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A judge has dropped all charges against Mahogany's restaurant owner Elizabeth Rogers.

Rogers met with the judge inside the Butler County Common Pleas Court on Friday where bond was set at 3,100 dollars.

Rogers turned herself into the Butler County Jail on Tuesday, after a warrant was issued for her arrest for a $3,000 debt.

An agreement was made for Rogers to turn over her bail money to the creditors and all charges were dropped.

Mahogany's is opening a new location at the Banks in downtown Cincinnati. Last month, Cincinnati city council approved nearly $1 million in grants and loans to help open the restaurant.
