The sister and brother-in-law of a man suspected in two dozen shootings on Columbus-area highways say they're relieved Charles A- McCoy Junior is safe in police custody. McCoy's sister, Amy Walton, told NBC's "Today" show this morning that she's relieved her brother didn't hurt himself. Authorities have said McCoy has a history of mental health issues. FBI Special Agent Todd Palmer says the 28-year-old McCoy was arrested at the Budget Suites hotel in Las Vegas early this morning. Authorities have been looking for him since arrest warrants were issued on Monday. Las Vegas police Lieutenant Christopher Van Cleef says McCoy was unarmed but that authorities haven't yet checked his motel room or car for weapons. He says McCoy's 1999 Geo Metro has been impounded. Palmer says McCoy is being processed in the Las Vegas FBI office.
