CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A pair of Cincinnati Police officers were struck by a car while they were trying to arrest a woman.
Paige Moorman, 25, of Harrison, is charged with assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
According to Hamilton County court records, Moorman was intoxicated when she began to yell and curse and a man about $450 that he apparently owed her.
When the man did not respond to her, she began to punch him in the face.
When police arrived, they tried to arrest Moorman, but she began to pull away. Three of her friends grabbed her and tried to assist her in getting away from police. She broke free for a moment and went after the male subject again, and assaulted one of the police officers in the process.
The two officers, the suspect and her friends were pulled into the westbound lanes of Harrison Avenue, where the suspect was taken to the ground in an attempt to get her into handcuffs. The officers and Moorman were then struck by a vehicle that was traveling westbound on Harrison. None of them suffered serious injuries.
The incident occurred on March 18, and Moorman was booked into the Hamilton County Justice Center on March 22.
